  • Collateral details, log book, title deed

Purpose of Collection

Member on boarding, Loan processing, Beneficiaries claim processing, Payment processing, know your customer (KYC), Prequalification, Tax payments, Recruitment, Staff on boarding, Placement, know your applicant, to provide a safe and secure environment in our premises, for quality management, for the legitimate interest in securing our premises for our employees and all visitors.

We will collect and process data about you from the following sources:

For the purpose of loan processing, we shall retain your personal data indefinitely to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying our legal obligation.

  • After two demand notices
  • Listing with Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs)
